It does not govern protected health information handled during client engagements, which is covered by the agreements and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) executed for that work.

We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry and to discuss potential work. We use aggregate analytics to improve the site.

We do not collect protected health information (PHI) through this website. When PHI is involved in a client engagement, it is handled only under a signed BAA and the controls defined in that engagement, with HIPAA safeguards and audit trails throughout.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate this site, and only as needed, or where required by law.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
